Charlie Gagnon is the featured GHAA Member Artist for May and June in the Art Niche at the Innovation Hub (UMass Lowell at Harbor Place, 2 Merrimack Street, 3rd Floor, Haverhill). Charlie’s colorful work covers a range of subject matter.
